How to activate/ deactivate announcements & how to follow-up own announcements?

We suggest to deactivate all announcements you have done before on your self after
arranged your requierement!!

Please do this in order to save your time and also the time and communications costs of
interested responders.

IN ORDER TO ACTIVATE OR DEACTIVATE YOUR ANNOUNCEMENTS PLEASE PROCEED
AS FOLLOWS:

All announcements you ve done before are archived on the

"USER SETTINGS AREA - to the left side in the Login area"

"Your Announcements"

You can follow-up here all of your announcements and see the actuall process of them.
If your announcement is confirmed or not!

In order to deactivate your announcement please click on the right side of each
announcement onto the "Announcing" / "Not Announced"

You will see the actuall status after each click you made. I.e. If there is "Announcing" stated
after clicking it will change "Not Announced". By this process you have deactivated your announcement.

IN ORDER TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR RUNNING ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Please find your actuall announcement by selecting the right criteria in the Freight
Exchange Area. You will see to the right of your announcement a button for making
changes. Please make the necessary changes and confirm afterwards.
