There
are two important sections on 1A-CARGO;
1. Section of your membership preferences:
(This section
contains all of the information relating to you and your company.)
- MY MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION:
You could change or update your name, surname, internal line, password
information from this section. Every individual in your company has his own management panel and only
the admin user in your company could adapt your company profile.
-Company Profile:
If you state all of the information relating to your company in this section,
it will bring you only advantages and also
will provide a faster access for you
(on the subjects such as your current tools, and carriage types you prefer
etc.)
- transportMAIL
(c):
This is a automatic mail system which is established ONLY on 1A-CARGO and created as a result of
long term studies. If you determine all of the options in this section, your mail traffic may most probably
increase!!
transportMAIL could
be adjusted for every user. That is to say, all of the departments in your
company could make selections in accordance with their own requirements.
transportMAIL is a
system which makes it possible to convey the empty vehicle and cargo
information to you after reaching us in the criteria you so request. This
system has a multi language support, and a notice which you make in your language
is sent to all of the participants in their own languages. You could
use FILTER in the programmes such as OUTLOOK and OUTLOOK Express. Please refer
to Outlook help section for necessary explanatory information:
- YOUR OPERATOR ACCOUNTS:
You could open an account here for all of your team members that work under the
structure of your company. These friends could update their own information but
could not change the company profile. Consequently, you could enable all of your
friends working worldwide (including your company) to benefit from this special
system. Please pay attention to the matter that the password you give must be
in six characters.
- YOUR PUBLISHED
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
You could see all of the notices which you made over your present account until today from here and you could also
delete the invalid notifications from publication properly.
2. 1A-CARGO LOAD and EMPTY VEHICLE EXCHANGE SYSTEM
Just after you log in our system, you are directed to the cargo and empty
vehicle exchange. There are 5 (five) main headings under this section.
1- LIST OF
EMPTY VEHICLES (Road/ Air/ See/ Rail):
If you have a cargo to send and you are looking for an empty vehicle in any
place in the world, then the section which you look through is here, if you
could not find any vehicle in the criteria you seek, then please select the
heading of “your Cargo Notice” and enter your information there.
2- LIST OF
CARGO’ S (Road/ Air/ See/ Rail):
This is the first screen you encounter when you enter the system. If you have
an empty vehicle and you are looking for a cargo, then the section which you
look through is here, if you could not find any cargo in the criteria you seek,
then please select the heading of “your Empty Vehicle Notice” and
enter your information over there.
YOUR ANNOUNCEMENTS (Road/
Air/ See/ Rail):
PLEASE state a DATE when you enter all of
your notices into the system. PLEASE, after reaching the necessary consequence
for your cargo notice or empty capacity notice which you made, do not forget to
remove this notice in the “Situation” column of the section
“your published notices”. Doing this, you will not cause any time loss not only
for you but also for others.

YOUR EMPTY VEHICLE ANNOUNCEMENTS (Road/ Air/ See/ Rail):
Please enter the necessary information relating to your empty vehicle in this
section. “PLEASE FILL THE SHIPMENT DATE and other information CORRECTLY
and COMPLETELY” and press the button “SAVE” for once.
A thanking notice will appear in the upper section of
your notice. When you see this, it means your notice reached us.
You could also check it instantly from the section of “Your
notices” and then you could determine whether your notice is published or
not or approved or not immediately.
4-YOUR
SHIPMENT ANNOUNCEMENTS “Freight Request” (Road/ Air/ See/ Rail):
Please enter the necessary information relating to your CARGO in this section.
Please enter the necessary information relating to your empty vehicle in this
section. “PLEASE FILL THE SHIPMENT DATE and other information CORRECTLY
and COMPLETELY” and press the button “SAVE” for once. A
thanking notice will appear in the upper section of your notice. When you see this, it
means your notice reached us.
You could also check it instantly from the section of
“Your notices” and then you could determine whether your notice is
published or not or approved or not immediately.
5-“SEARCH A
COMPANY” OPTION (Road/ Air/ See/ Rail):
The function of “SEARCH A COMPANY” is one of the must useful tools
of the 1A-CARGO cargo and empty vehicle exchange. We have separated the
transportation completely into all of the details and enabled you to make search and
to investigate and to find all of the criteria which you could think at the
basis of transportation for your convenience.
For example, we enable you to make searches with the
countries that work with transportation such as “truck-trailer” “awning
vehicle” etc. and similar vehicle types and at the basis of all of
other criteria of transportation which you could contemplate.
